At Aster Healings, I help people move with purpose, strength, and awareness through an approach rooted in applied biomechanics, intentional movement, breath integration, and holistic care. The practice was developed through my years of movement training, coaching, and lived experience, and is informed by practice-based evidence and science-based principles.
My work brings together strength training, posture and movement refinement, nervous system awareness, and intentional breathwork, with space for inner alignment and presence.

Return to Center is a six-week, one-on-one coaching journey for those ready to realign their physical, emotional, and spiritual foundation. This work blends applied biomechanics, practiced experience, and science-based principles with mindful movement, breath integration, and faith-centered reflection.
The journey begins with a comprehensive body reading, which is forms the foundation for all work that follows. This reading explores posture, breath, gait, movement patterns, and areas of compensation, providing clarity and direction for the six weeks ahead.

This includes six private sessions, a comprehensive body reading, individualized programming, and ongoing integration support.
HOW THE JOURNEY UNFOLDS
Week 1: Assess and Orient
Comprehensive body reading, postural and gait assessment, breath awareness, and intention setting. Establishing a clear baseline and direction for the work.
Week 2: Establish Structure
Foundational strength and alignment focused on the trunk, hips, and feet. Building stability and support to reduce compensations.
Week 3: Coordinate Movement
Linking breath, posture, and movement sequencing. Improving how force is transferred through the body during basic patterns and daily tasks.
Week 4: Strengthen Integration
Progressing strength and stability while maintaining coordination. Reinforcing efficient movement under controlled challenge.
Week 5: Apply to Daily Life
Walking mechanics, positional awareness, and task-based movement. Translating the work into real-world function and consistency.
Week 6: Sustain and Continue
Refining daily structure, movement practices, and spiritual routines. Creating a clear plan to maintain alignment beyond the program.
