For over 20 years, I’ve devoted my life to guiding people through embodied transformation. My work bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual, inviting others to restore alignment, unlock vitality, and reconnect with purpose.

I integrate modern movement science with ancient wisdom, blending biomechanics, breathwork, and somatic healing to help you feel whole again. Every session—whether physical or spiritual—is rooted in presence, precision, and prayer.

Why I Do This Work

I believe movement is medicine—and that healing starts with awareness.

In April 2025, I was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma. That moment reshaped everything. It deepened my relationship with God, refined my approach to teaching, and reaffirmed my belief that the body holds incredible wisdom when given space to align, feel, and heal. It taught me to meet each moment with presence, gratitude, and grace.
